这是我早前为自闭症患儿拍的一部提示短片，希望让普通人群和患自闭症的家长正確认识和了解自闭症和如何面对自闭症患儿。

自闭症儿童，又被称为儿童孤独症，是一类以严重孤独、缺乏情感反应、语言发育障碍、刻板重复动作和对环境有奇特的反应为特征的精神疾病。通常发生于3岁之前，是一种严重情绪错乱的疾病。对患有自闭症的孩子，家长应及早发现，及早进行行为干预和治疗，发现得越早，治疗的效果就会越好。事实上，如果通过进行合适的干预,可以大大改善自闭症孩子的症状。自闭症并不可怕，如果治疗和训练得当，将来照样可以考上研究生。因此，当家长们发现孩子有一些“与众不同”时，不要以“孩子还小，长大自然就好了”或“贵人语迟”之类的借口安慰搪塞自己，从而错过了早发现、早诊断、早干预的黄金时期。

从新加坡出发不到一小时便来到民丹岛。旅游车一路把我送到了NirwanaGarden度假村。大堂的门口有两个池塘，里面有荷花，水里有很多锦鲤还有身穿传统服装的人在演奏当地乐器，表示欢迎。在大堂周围有很多开放的空间，大体色调为棕色，很贴近自然让人能更好地放松心情。
中午在房间里略作休息后就出来转转熟悉一下环境，这里有儿童游泳池，深水池，浅水池，水球池，按摩池，等等。过了泳池就到了海边，白色的细沙滩，高高的椰子树，碧海，蓝天，宁静，绿荫和清新的空气。让人不知不觉的以为到了人间仙境。
我每次去度假都喜欢选择住在靠近海边，这里紧邻大海，白天可以饱览水天一色的胜景，晒晒太阳或游游泳，夜里可以伴着涛声阵阵入眠。环境优美既神秘又别有一种浪漫的气氛令人陶醉，更加让我着迷。好啦，所有赞美的词我几乎用完了现在我就用照片证明给大家看我是多么的 Relax 和 Enjoy 呀!

有没有人愿意陪我这个老人家一起重游民丹岛的 NirwanaGarden 可以 email 给我哦!....... 很想再去哩....呵呵!!

乐龄之夜

乐龄之夜，顾名思义就是我们乐龄人士的夜晚咯，我兴致勃勃地穿上紫色的制服来到会场，场面比我想象中的还要壮观，而且很多人都穿上了制服，满场紫色的一片...

哈哈，现在赶紧给大家看看我们现场的热闹状况，我老查某会一一为大家报导。

这是大家一起用手语表演的 '真心英雄' 希望能为需要帮助的朋友尽一份力量吧!

主持人说米雪虽然面对失去男朋友的悲痛，还为慈善尽力对她专业精神，大家都报以热烈的掌声。

节目中特别准备了相扑手，还有我们自己乐龄人士的表演.

嗨! 大家好吗? 好久没有上部落格了,相信大家还好吧!.... 有没有想我啊!!! 哈哈!最近公司出了一些状况,大家都应该知道是什么事吧...唉...真是阿弥陀佛。
公司里的同事都好像很忙似的,迟迟都没有人帮我写部落格,我又不好意思麻烦人家就只好自己硬头皮自己乱乱来吧。哈!!这个几月我都过得好充实,参加了好多个聚会又有幸能出国旅行还认识了很多新的朋友.现在我有好多照片和短片想和大家分享不过我不会upload哩..哎呀. 怎么办呢??去找我的女儿帮我upload照片和短片. 问题解决了吗?哈哈!! 还早呢.她们都是吃 'Kantang' 的,写华文的话我就得靠自己了。完了完了,人老了,眼睛花了,手腿不灵活动作慢又迟缓~幸亏不是迟钝哈哈...... 我就一个字一个字慢慢的打,后来我的女儿教我,要嘛就长话短说废话少说尽量用照片和短片来跟大家交流分享,不然的话就去 facebook 吧。好了打到现在我已经开始腰酸背痛罗..请大家原谅我吧! 哎哟!哎哟!

Merry Christmas And Happy New Year... Huat Ar...!

I was there again at Harris Resort Batam during Christmas... good hor… As everybody is enjoying, we did not forget the less fortunate ones... that's the orphans who had survives the 2004 Tsunami. This time I had prepare to sing a song for them, even through I know my voice is~~kana-sai lah!!…haha... that’s why I ask some of my friend to accompany me... I kiasu mah... You know hor... I seldom sing live on stage…very kan-cheong lah...when the music start... I also start… can't wait…sing salah liao lor... haha... lucky the people there are so nice... never boooo... me... haha
Ok ok... maybe next time I will prepare my invincible song Laozhabor Rap... want or not huh...??...haha
We feel so honored to be there giving out some present and donation to these children,seeing their young and pretty faces make me feel......young and pretty toooo... hahaha

老查某红到台湾? .... 哈哈! 不好意思啦....好像是我自己说的哩...因为想要往自己的脸上贴金子嘛...呵呵。当我的经纪公司-J Team的同事通知我这个消息，我还在想：是真的吗?

根据昨天新明日报的报道; 本地甘草演员 '老查某' 拍摄的交通安全音乐短片, 受到台湾媒体的注意!!! 台湾的《中天频道》介绍了本地甘草演员 '老查某' 尤雅敏拍摄的交通安全音乐短片。这个短片是要呼吁乐龄人士过马路要小心。

活到这把年纪，可以为社区做出一点贡献，又可以再海外有一点点的名气，我'老查某'不算白活了。不过，最重要还是需要大家继续支持我哦！

"Lao Zha Bor is famous in Taiwan?". Haha. You think I am dreaming, right? When my management company, J Team, called me and informed me about this news, I was still wondering - really meh?

According to yesterday's ShinMin Daily News report, local artiste "Lao Zha Bor" road safety MTV got the attention of Taiwan media. Taiwan's CTI channel reported recently local artiste "Lao Zha Bor" shot a road safety MTV which conveyed road safety messages to senior citizens.

In my golden age, able to do something for the society and have a bit bit popularity overseas, I am already contented. But most importantly, I need you to continue give me your support, ok?

这个就是报道里所提到好几年前拍摄的交通安全音乐短片《笑眯眯》。那时，我还挺年轻的咧！你们可以叫阿公、阿嬷看看哦！他们也可以学习如何安全使用马路。
This is the road safety MTV which was mentioned by the media. I was still quite young then. kekeke. Can ask your grandfather, grandmother to watch it too! They can learn a tip or two on road safety.

Getai Fever 歌台也疯狂

刚刚过的农历七月，歌台热是越烧越火，到处都有歌台！真是佩服歌台的歌手们，每天的台都满满的，一天可以跑那么多台而且还不会喊累。听说有些歌星一晚可以唱到七台喔！真是很“独巩”。他们的这种专业精神真是值得我们学习。。。特别是跑Olympic的选手，要学学我们歌台艺人跑台的速度，为国争光！

不久前我也跟我的歌台朋友们出国登台喔！但是当然不是我这个老查某上台表演啦。嘻嘻。不然一定会被观众轰下台的。。。哈哈！好了话不多说，照片为证。

Recently the getai fever has been pretty hot! Though the Lunar Seventh Month is already over, but the hype is never ending. During that period, there were getai everyday and everywhere. Really admire the singers you know..heard hor, the maximum one singer can sing in one night is 7 getais leh...really don't know how they do it. This kind of attitude we must all learn..never say die!!Especially the our Olympic runners, must learn from our Getai singers speed of running, win some medals for Singapore!

中秋节快了 Happy Mid Autumn Festival!

10月3日是中秋节，没有来得及祝贺大家，抱歉。这个中秋，我过得特别开心！有孩子和孙子陪我一起吃月饼！我也带孙子们去提灯笼、玩烟火。可惜那天下雨，只看到一点点月亮。不过，还是很开心。因为平时大家都忙，难得可以在一起吃东西，聊天。我相信大家也和我一样，过了一个非常开心的中秋节吧？

Oct 3 was Mid Autumn Festival. I was too busy spending time with my family and forgot to wish everyone here "Happy Mooncake Festival"! So Sorry..

I was extremely happy this moonake festival because I ate mooncakes with my children and grandchildren!I also brought them for a lantern walk and played with sparkles. Too bad it was raining that night, only can see the moon a little bit bit. But, I was still very happy! My children are so busy, seldom got chance to see them or talk to them. Very treasure this time together. I hope everyone here also enjoyed yourself like me.

刚刚又收到电影宣传小姐的电话，真的让我没有空叻。不过，有好的“空头",我老查某是一定会介绍给大家的。现在是学校假期，Golden Village 这次推出学生配套。从9月5号起到9月13号间，如果你是学生去买“吓到笑”的电影戏票，买3张送1张，买6张送2张,买9张送3张,买12张送4张....呵呵，老人家比较罗嗦。可以约朋友一起去看戏，有得吓，有得笑，一张票可以看三个故事，很“有滑”啦。

不知道你们看了“吓到笑”了没有？很多朋友和影迷打电话，也给我留言，说电影又好笑，又有点怕。哈哈。当然啦，所以叫“吓到笑”- 吓到笑死你，笑到吓死你。

很谢谢大家给我的支持！更感谢梁智强导演和巫培双导演给我机会在这部电影里演‘鬼’。最重要，我这次的戏没有被剪。总算没有浪费5天拍戏的努力。看过的朋友我感谢你们。没有看过的朋友，可要快点看哦！我在“吓到笑”里演一个故事“路边有鬼”的鬼。让大家看看我在电影里的造型吧！这可是我独家拥有的哟，连梁导都没有。

简单介绍一下这部电影，有三个故事，第一个是路边有鬼，讲马票包赢的做法。第二个是树林有鬼讲两个福建阿兵哥，因为训练的时候，走捷径遇到怪事。最后一个是延续钱不够用2的故事，原班人马一起演出，诉说妈妈死后，家里竟然发生很多诡异的事情，感觉到妈妈好像有什么心愿未了。。。。这个故事，我们称呼为－－－家里有鬼。

希望这部恐怖喜剧片能够带给大家不一样的惊喜。我们等着你们来亲身体验。

收到好多留言，问我是不是失踪了？忘了自己有这个blog? 这么久没有update我的blog。谢谢这么多朋友对我的关心。我也向大家说声“对不起”。让大家久等了。其实，今年真是太多变化了。连我老查某也应付不来。讲起来真是不知道从何讲起。简单的说：前一段时间拍电影“幸福万岁”。大家看了吗？没有看到我吧？我其实有演，可是被导演删掉了。伤心。。。我会跟导演拿被删掉的那段，放上来给大家看看。你们就可以帮我跟导演讲，不要苏嘎苏嘎把我的戏删掉，我的影迷会失望的。之后我就和家人去旅行，没有上网。回来之后，电脑不知道怎么，和雷曼兄弟一样，死翘翘。怎么弄也一直荡机。拿去修了几天才拿回来。拿回来之后，我的干女儿又出国公干，没有人可以帮我整理blog.之后，我又参与K Nite第二系列的演出。大家看了吗？这是一个马来节目，收视率非常高。我在里面非常好玩。因为很好笑，我们自己都忍不住笑了，一直NG。接下来会上载一些照片给你们看。之后，公司又安排我参与一个交通警察的公共教育mtv的演出。这个mtv是要教育乐龄人士对交通安全的意识，和我非常有关系。我已经上载这几个mtv让你们看看。虽然这些日子很忙，没有什么时间休息。可是，我却是非常开心，非常有意义。总比留在家里，无所事事来得好。希望有更多想我一样年龄的朋友，也可以和我一样，活的充实，活的精彩！让我们互相勉励，互相学习。好了，就写到这。看看交通警察的mtv。看了，给点意见吧？

大家好，不好意思哦，最近我手上的工作很多，忙得我有点晕头转向的，所以忽略了大家，现在终于有点时间在家休息了，赶紧把照片整理一下放上来，以防你们炮轰我的部落格，哈哈.

这是我之前和家人去海南岛游玩时的照片，那里被称为是中国的“夏威夷”，的确风景怡人，如果有机会的话，去那边玩玩，看看“天涯海角”（那里的一个著名景点）也是一大不错的选择哦！而且，最近不是在上映“海角7号”吗？我可是刚刚从“海角”回来的呢？

Dear all, so sorry leh, so long didn’t update my blog liao hehe. Went to Batam for a short holiday with my family and took a lot a pictures leh. Today share with all of you lah !!

朋友们，对不起！好久都没有update 我的blog 了。最经去了巴淡岛度假，拍了不少照片。今天就跟大家一起分享吧！

We reach Harris Hotel after about an hour’s journey. This resort very nice leh! The environment here so relaxed and the best thing is that they have special bus that pick their hotel guests from the ferry harbour, very convenient.

一个多小时的路程我们便到了Harris Hotel.这是个设施齐全，环境优美的度假酒店，而且还有专车到码头来乘载游客，让我们都觉得服务周到。

When we reach the hotel, the Hotel Manager Stylianas A. Koureas and 2 other people received us. They were very nice and helpful to me, make me so touched leh. Then hor, ask them then realized actually they already watched “Money No Enough 2” and they recognized me. HAHA!!! Didn’t know I so popular until BATAM also got people know me leh.. hehhe (so thick skin hor)

The hotel people were so nice that they upgraded our room leh, got a tint of Japanese feel very sweet of them!! THANK YOU…

到了酒店后，我遇见了酒店的经理Stylianas A. Koureas和另外两位工作人员，他们对我们非常地热情，让我们觉得受宠若惊。细问之下才得知，原来他们都看过了"钱不够用２"，一致认为钱２非常好看。也知道我有在里面参与演出，然后好客地将我们的房间换成了高级套房，还有点日本风的味道，我非常开心哦！

Harlow friends...so long I didnt update hor..hehe busy playing mahjong..but last that time say want to show you all more pictures I took when I was blogging about the Canon camera so ya loh..more more more today ..hehe All these pictures I specially go to my god daughter house and use her pets as my models..haha As you all know, pets very hard to take one because they run so fast…especially Chincillas..because they run SUPER fast one..one minute you see them, the next second they are gone !!! But with this special camera function. How fast they run also can take…and very clear too even if they hide to the corner corners…see how clear the pictures are…

有一段时间没有写博客。。。忙着打麻将嘛。嘿嘿。。。上次答应大家分享我用Canon数码相机所拍的相片。现在就和大家看一下我干女儿的毛毛宝宝。这是“龙猫”，看起来有点像松鼠，又有点像老鼠。可是看来看去都不像“猫”。

Just as I was taking the Chincillas, our kpo guinea pig came and take the show.haha..this guinea pig like know that I am taking her photo, can pose somemore one leh. So “hiao” hor..but really see liao very cute leh..hair long long..furry furry…

当我在拍“龙猫”时，这只“天竺鼠”也来凑热闹。它还会摆姿势，和我“老查某”有得比。Humph! 竟然抢我的风头？

Last but not least, the smallest but also the cutest..hehe the 2 little hamsters… these hamsters eat, sleep, eat sleep…like me like that..just that I still got play mahjong lah..haha…not so lazy like them..still got exercise my hand…

最小、最可爱的“仓鼠”也来了。两只“仓鼠”只会吃饱就睡，睡饱就吃，像我一样。但是我比较勤劳，会“用手劳动”- 打麻将呗。

Sometime ago, my god-daughter brought me to Singapore River to look at lantern. Then I walk walk and I saw forecast for the 12 animals in 2009. I also very curious on the forecast about my luck, career and health for 2009 for my animal. Then I find find find, found it. Can you guess which animal I belong to?

几个星期前，干女儿陪我到新加坡看灯笼。我走走走，看到12只动物明年的运程，好兴奋！好想想知道我明年的运气、事业和健康。然后找找找，就给我找到了。猜猜我的动物是什么？

I am so happy to see my forecast for 2009. Both main and extra financial gains are very good for Rabbits and their luck will persist throughout the entire year. They will also have opportunties for promotion. Thanks to my camera, I can take the forecast so clearly. I also took a video. Long live the Rabbits!

New Hobby 新嗜好

Has been busy busy blogging for the past 10 days on my new toys. The pinkish Canon IXUS 80IS Digital Camera and Canon Printer. Really have fun playing with them. Will be loading some 'sui sui' photos taken by the camera soon. Do come here and check them out.

Really want to take up some new hobby. Everyday stay at home, quite boring. Everyday watch TV. Sometime, want to play Mahjong but cannot find 'ka'. If you want to play mahjong with me, drop me a comment hor. Then, I will have more mahjong 'kakis'. Do not think I laozhabor cannot play, I north, south, east, west all eat. kekeke.

Ok. Back to my new hobby. Saw this master performing sand art on Youtube. I am really amazed and I fall in love with the master (err... no no the art). Don't know Singapore can learn or not. Maybe the Community Centre got teach. If you know anywhere got teach this art, with cute instructor will be a bonus, let me know hor.

Last nite I met up with all the bloggers who were selected for the 'Product Campaign' programme. We went to Carbon Interactive Pte Ltd (the company who handle this campaign) for a short briefing.

I have to thank all staffs at Carbon! Because of me, they have to conduct the briefing in mandarin. Ha ha, we had lots of fun!
We had a slide presentation on how website would be.

This is the first product I will be blogging about. A Canon IXUS 80 IS Digital Camera & Canon CP-760 photo printer. It's so exciting!

Jingjing and Yati are regular volunteer workers at a senior citizen's corner. They helped the old and the poor with food & drinks, including hair cuts.

Director Jack Neo called me and ask me why I want to stop my blog. He said his phone was flooded with SMSes and also received a dozen of calls questioning him.

Ops! I'm sorry Director Neo.... I didn't mean it. I didn't say I want to stop my blog, I'm only thinking whether if I should stop.

My highest record of daily hits was around 8000.
I have a pool of loyal readers maintaining my daily hits at 1000.
My computer skills and English is poor.
But I have some nice souls helping me with my blog.

I'm just a normal old woman with a little bit of fame.
I have a handful of audiences who do not like what I'm doing and have suggested me to quit. They think I should be how a normal old woman should be.

Remember I told you about a product tester campaign? I've rejected that offer now cos I may not be blogging anymore. They have persuaded me to take on and still waiting for my reply.

爱文毕业于梁家班的儿童演员训练班2004, 她的独特气质与星味使她特别地突出, 也让我发现了这颗未经打磨的玉石. 现在的Nat已经有不少的演出经验了, 想起初次表演的她, 略显孩子的稚气与羞涩, 现在今非昔比, 出落得亭亭玉立, 在镜头面前也能应对自如. 看过"钱不够用2″的朋友, 都向我反映里面有位很漂亮的演员, 也就是在戏中饰演我女儿一角的Natalli, 所以我要在这里介绍她一下, 好让喜欢她的朋友们对她有进一步的了解, 相信在不远的将来, 她会在这条星光大道上继续成长, 就让大家来见证咯.

在"钱不够用2″中, Natalli也有十分卖力的演出, 这场撞车的戏要拍得逼真, 不仅只是拍摄与CG的效果, 她的演技也是功不可没的, 如果你们有看过这部电影, 相信都可以看到她受伤的那一幕, 还有不少人觉得在她被撞飞落地的那一刻真假难辨, 哈哈…殊不知, 其实简短的一个镜头, 在拍摄的过程中可是绝对不简单的. 为了达到逼真的效果, 我的要求是不能马虎应对, 为了达到我的要求, 她也对此"任劳任怨", 最后才能得到这段让观众们都认同的片段, 真的谢谢大家的支持!

You've seen Natalli in "I Not Stupid 2", she acted as Shawn & Joshua's classmate in the show. During that time, she has just graduated from our J Team Children Acting Workshop. And now, she is 19 and becoming to be a young talented lady.

For those who have watched "Money No Enough 2", you should have seen her acting as Jack's daughter in the show. Although not much scenes, but her natural acting was noticeable. There was one scene of her been thrown out of a car, it was all done in green screen (Computer Graphics). It's very hard for a young lady to act imaginary in a green house, but I thought she did quite well.

This month is the Ghost Festival, our traditional Chinese festival which is celebrated by Chinese in many countries.

In our Chinese tradition, the thirteenth day of the seventh month in the lunar calendar is called Ghost Day and the seventh month in general is regarded as the Ghost Month (鬼月), in which ghosts and spirits, including those of the deceased ancestors, come out from the hell? During the Qingming Festival the living descendants pay homage to their ancestors. On Ghost Day, the deceased visit the living. Ooooo.....

Anyway, we celebrated this month with lots and lots of Ko Tai performances too. Our dear Yinyin also in the Ko Tai team. This year is her first year in Ko Tai, but I think she hit it off quite well! She is borne to be a Star! I really wish if I can perform like her, so I can also earn some pocket money from this festival.

How many Ko Tai you've seen this month? You should go and watch it if you haven't...GREAT show. I've just watch once near my house, seeing Yinyin perform makes me jealous leh.... How I wish I can be like her.

By the way, Yinyin is our latest babe in J Team. I heard two coming movies are casting her as the main role. (Hey, how about me???)

It's really quite irritating to see the remarks by movie critics in newspaper. Why aren't you supporting local productions? I don't see any reason to put down 'Money No Enough 2'. It's definitely a great movie of the year. For those who have seen it in previews, you should know the truth. What the newspaper has published is too one-sided!

Tonite will be the Gala of our movie "Money No Enough 2".

All J Team Artistes and lots of MediaCorp Artistes, including Zoe Tay & Fann Wong will be there for the event.

I really don't know what to wear cos I heard we need to walk the red carpet. Gosh, it's so exciting! I think I need to go dig out all my wardrobe later.

How come tears come out of our eyes when we cry?

Tears flow from our eyes when we cry because they contain chemicals and hormones produced by our bodies.

When we become upset, our brains and bodies overreact and work overtime by producing chemicals and hormones.

Crying helps eliminate these extra chemicals that we don't need.

The chemicals and hormones disappear from our body through the form of tears. As our tears flow, they sooth our sadness or distress by withdrawing these chemical agents.
That is why many people feel calmer or more refreshed after crying--because the tears get rid of these hormones that are produced when we are sad, happy, or distressed.

Recently really bad mood...

I've got no job, no mahjong games and the weather is so HOT!

I really got nothing to do, so I drag my godson to Sentosa for look see walk walk. We went to the beach and it was quite crowded. Lots of people hanging out there, sun-tanning, swimming, camping, etc.

I didn't bring my swim suit (didn't want to scare the crowd), so I just take a walk on the beach. I realise it has changed quite a bit from the last time I came, some new construction building up again.

Didn't know Sentosa is a hot spot for picnic now. It's like more fun then East Coast.

Remember the last time I posted about a dance audition? The dancers have already been trained for about 3 days and now they are up on stage.

Yesterday they performed at Vivocity for 'Money No Enough 2' Promo. They are quite excited for the event. They have a name for their group, called 'The Delta Force'.

Hello guys!

You've been asking me a lot like how I became an actress. Well, I'm like the rest of J Team artistes... we were all graduates from J Team Acting Course.

You may ask me, will I get to sign an artiste's contract once I'm graduated? Sad to say, the answer is 'NO'. Whether or not you'll get a contract is totally depending on your performance and attitude. Mark Lee and Henry Thia have been acting as 'extras' for a few years before they get contracted. As for myself, I've also acted as an 'extra' for at least 5 years before I got a good role in a movie. If you watched 'Money No Enough Part 1', you can see me walking behind some scenes as an 'moving background'. No pain no gain. We are just a butch of people who have great passion in acting.

＂钱不够用1＂目前已在戏院登场!

从4月29日开始, 大家可以在GV的电影院里看到“钱不够用1″. 十周年，我们设定放映十天作纪念！

Starting from April 29, you will be able to catch 'Money No Enough - Part 1' at GV. It's part of a celebration of 10 years Anniversary.

这十年来，电视上偶尔有播出，但都是配上华语的版本，也许有些人已经看过VCD的福建话原版，但是在戏院看的效果，大家一起在黑暗中看的感觉和笑的感觉是很不一样的。我们这次安排重新登场就是要让这十年来逐渐长大不是很了解本地电影发展的人知道，钱不够用已经十岁了，当年因为各种原因错过这部电影的人也欢迎你到GV的戏院支持，当年这部电影在钱不够用的情况下，一边拍，公司一边关门还是硬撑完成，这部电影，台前幕后状况一样，应该是无巧不成书了。

影片里的技术绝对有待改进，但是只要了解当时我们没有钱财没有器材没有人才只凭着一股傻劲，傻傻的往前走，不求任何回报，你就会佩服我们这几个敢死队的勇气，当年怕这部电影，唯一的希望是，这部电影一定要成功的上电影院，留下一个记录，我们一定要成为“电影明星”，那怕是一片也甘愿。

当年许愿的时候就是这样，老天还真的完成了我们的梦想，让我们当了电影明星，当年我们就是忘记告诉老天，分红要收得到，最后还真的是收不到，老天说，你只是叫我保佑你上影院，没叫我保佑你们收到钱啊。。。晕了！（一笑）

那晚，“十年后的首映”，出来的人都表示没有过时的感觉，我这才放下心。技术方面，这次钱不够用1的电影还采用了最先进的数码科技放映，我们把十年前的胶片转成数码放映，对本地电影圈来讲，这绝对是十年来的重大突破，我们的合作伙伴，FRAME WORK 更是获掌握了这方面的技术，而处理数码技术的公司，ben和他的伙伴提供的器材和科技也让我深深鞠躬，还有panasonic提供的高清投影机也功不可没，加上GV的全面配合，当晚的首映才有这样的高清效果。

十年的路，其实也不必让观众知道有多难走，因为做好本来就是我们的工作，演员演得辛苦也是应该的。主要是观众会用不同形式支持我们，一切都是值得的。

这十年来，我拍了很多类型的电影，很多国际的知名导演也经常寻求导演不同类型的电影，目的就是不愿意被钉死在一个风格上，演员导演的心态都一样的。所以我不断的尝试不同题材的故事，我拍了钱不够用后，并没有马上制作续集就是这个道理，紧接梁婆婆，那个不够，也尝到不叫好也不叫座的苦味，最后重新调整出发，拍摄小孩不笨的时候，压力更大，因为，要是这个翻不了身，我就可以长眠了。所以，我必须不顾一切的去尝试，所以，有些题材拿捏得好，有些拿捏得不很好，这都是学习成长的过程，我不是神，是普通人，一个必须慢慢去研究，捕抓商业和艺术元素尽量在影片里平衡它的普通人，摸索当中，没有人指引，没有本地作品可参考，只能凭感觉想象，这也许是好事也是坏事，好事是，什么都是新鲜的，没人做过，坏事是，必须努力的去大海寻针。

十年了。。。可以站在这里这样讲话，还有这么多圈内人的出席，真的很感动。。。

在这里还要再一次感谢那么多年来支持我和我的电影作品的朋友们,谢谢你们的建议和支持,你们的话我都会铭记于心,谢谢你们!没有你们的支持和鼓励,就没有今天的梁智强! 朋友说,我的作品里有”梁式风格”,而我把这种风格诠释为“梁家班的电影绝不会仅此而已”.我会继续努力创新,把更好的作品带给大家!!!

Life is getting more and more harder. Now if I don't have minimum $5 in my purse, I can't eat out. A bowl of noodle or a plate of rice will cost around $3.50 - $4, a cup of coffee will cost around 90cts to $1.20.

I've got this email from Director Jack Neo, he is so sweet to share this with me and now I would like to share it with you.

She jumped up as soon as she saw the surgeon come out of the operating room. She said: 'How is my little boy ? Is he going to be all right ? When can I see him ?'

The surgeon said, 'I'm sorry. We did all we could, but your boy didn't make it.'

Sally said, 'Why do little children get cancer ? Doesn't God care any more ? Where were you, God, when my son needed you ?'

The surgeon asked, 'Would you like some time alone with your son ? One of the nurses will be out in a few minutes, before he's transported to the university.'

Sally asked the nurse to stay with her while she said good bye to son. She ran her fingers lovingly through his thick red curly hair. 'Would you like a lock of his hair ?' the nurse asked.
Sally nodded yes. The nurse cut a lock of the boy's hair, put it in a plastic bag and handed it to Sally.

The mother said, 'It was Jimmy's idea to donate his body to the University for Study. He said it might help somebody else. 'I said no at first, but Jimmy said, 'Mom, I won't be using it after I die. Maybe it will he lp some other little boy spend one more day with his Mom.' She went on, 'My Jimmy had a heart of gold. Always thinking of someone else. Always wanting to help others if he could.'

Sally walked out of Children's Mercy Hospital for the last time, after spending most of the last six months there. She put the bag with Jimmy's belongings on the seat beside her in the car.

The drive home was difficult. It was even harder to enter the empty house. She carried Jimmy's belongings, and the plastic bag with the lock of his hair to her son's room.

She started placing the model cars and other personal things back in his room exactly where he had always kept them. She laid down across his bed and, hugging his pillow, cried herself to sleep.

It was around midnight when Sally awoke. Laying beside her on the bed was a folded letter.

The letter said :
'Dear Mom, I know you're going to miss me; but don't think that I will ever forget you, or stop loving you, just 'cause I'm not around to say 'I Love You' . I will always love you, Mom, even more with each day. Someday we will see each other again. Until then, if you want to adopt a little boy so you won't be so lonely, that's okay with me. He can have my room and old stuff to play with. But, if you decide to get a girl instead, she probably wouldn't like the same things us boys do. You'll have to buy her dolls and stuff girls like, you know.

Don't be sad thinking about me. This really is a neat place. Grandma and Grandpa met me as soon as I got here and showed me around some, but it will take a long time to see everything. The angels are so cool. I love to watch them fly. And, you know what? Jesus doesn't look like any of his pictures. Yet, when I saw Him, I knew it was Him. Jesus himself took me to see GOD ! And guess what, Mom ? I got to sit on God's knee and talk to Him, like I was somebody important. That's when I told Him that I wanted to write you a letter, to tell you good bye and everything. But I already knew that wasn't allowed.

Well, you know what Mom ? God handed me some paper and His own personal pen to write you this letter. I think Gabriel is the name of the angel who is going to drop this letter off to you. God said for me to give you the answer to one of the questions you asked Him 'Where was He when I needed him ?' 'God said He was in the same place with me, as when His son Jesus was on the cross. He was right there, as He always is with all His children.

Oh, by the way, Mom, no one else can see what I've written except you. To everyone else this is just a blank piece of paper. Isn't that cool ? I have to give God His pen back now. He needs it to write some more names in the Book of Life. Tonight I get to sit at the table with Jesus for supper. I'm sure the food will be great.

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you. I don't hurt anymore. The cancer is all gone. I'm glad because I couldn't stand that pain anymore and God couldn't stand to see me hurt so much, either. That's when He sent The Angel of Mercy to come get me. The Angel said I was a Special Delivery ! How about that ?

J Team is currently seeking dancers (basic dancing skills required) for a full season contract in our ‘Money No Enough 2” movie promotions. Willing and able to perform extensively if necessary and available for class and rehearsals as and when required.

The company is auditioning male and female dancers. Successful applicants receive professional training and performance opportunities. All applicants should be comfortable with speaking and dancing in front of large audiences.

Please bring resume, headshots and samples of work, if available.
You have to prepare music and dance during audition.

Bintan Resort Holiday

IT'S FROM MY BINTAN RESORT HOLIDAY!

I went to Bintan immediately after the cafe opening. It's just a short holiday with my family. Actually really nothing to do over there but it's a good place to relax. I swim, I eat, I sun-tanning, I Spa... it was so relaxing!

These are taken from the beach near the resort, I didn't swim in the sea (too dangerous). I just posed for some pixs!

I took these from the Resort swimming pool. It's pretty cooling in the pool. I felt so comfortable!

The vehicle used in the golf course. Does anyone know the name of it?

It's kind of relaxing to get away out from the city area. If you are stress from work, try going to these places to relax!

Old Town Official Opening

I was invited to attend Old Town Cafe Official Opening on 30 March.

This cafe was owned by a few bosses including Mark Lee and Jack Neo. They have invited the lion dance for good luck! A lot of famous people attended this event.

We have good food and nice drinks served, and of course they have very very nice coffee! I love drinking their milk coffee!

I went to Eldercare Centre with Jingjing

Yes, we went to NTUC Eldercare Centre to visit some of the elderly there.

Jingjing always does voluntary works in the centre. She is a regular who cuts hair for the senior citizens there.

While we were there, there were also a batch of students in the centre. We had a great time chatting and taking pictures.

You guess what are we looking at?

...Mahjong! Yes, they were playing mahjong! Love of my life!

I better sit down and have a few rounds.....

Game Over! "Hu Ah!"...
Ha ha! It was so much fun! We didn't gamble, we just play for fun!

Jingjing didn't know how to play, so I gave her a free lesson. She was so excited! We also took a lot of pictures with the students. They were happy to see us there! They are really good kids...

It was a meaningful trip.

STROKE: Remember The 1st Three Letters.... S.T.R.

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke... totally . He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.

RECOGNIZING A STROKE
Try to have a little sense to remember the '3' steps, STR . Read and Learn! Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke . Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:

S * Ask the individual to SMILE.
T * Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) (i.e. It is sunny out today)
R * Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS. If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call the ambulance immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

NOTE: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue.. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other , that is also an indication of a stroke.

I'm in Jack Neo's latest movie again! Good luck me... I shouldn't be complaining. Director Jack Neo always has me in his mind. For an old hag like me, I think I really must feel contented.

I have a lot of people asking me questions like:

How to join J Team?
How can I be an actress like you?

The answer is simple...

Do not choose your role
Never mind how much you'll be paid
Seize every acting opportunity

Do you know how much I was being paid when I first started out? I'm only getting $20 per day for a whole day job. I do not choose roles. I will act even if they just need me to walk pass the screen, or just sitting around acting like a customer.

I've encounter some talents choosing their roles and even ask for more fees. If you are some big star, you can do that definitely. But if you are a nobody, you are just burying yourself into the mud.

I do not choose my roles and ask how much I will be paid, because I am no big star.

For those who are really interested to start acting as a career/hobby, mark my words.
You will go far...good luck!
